Job Summary:
Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise territories across the UK.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a proactive lead generation strategy to identify potential franchisees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners to promote our franchise opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales leads to optimize recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Provide prospective franchisees with comprehensive information about our franchise model and business opportunities.
- Deliver engaging presentations to prospects and take them through the sales process.
- Ensure all candidates meet our brand criteria and values.
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
- Attend franchise shows, events, and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential franchisees.
- Contribute to sales team meetings and brand meetings to drive improvement and growth.
Accountabilities:
- Achieve new lead number targets and sales targets.
- Ensure candidates are financially suitable and assist with funding applications.
- Take prompt and corrective action to reactive telephone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Work with marketing to write press releases, case studies, and e-shots to promote our franchise opportunities.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Experience in recruiting business owners and/or senior positions within a business.
- A background in recruitment and/or sales.
- Understanding of self-employment and starting up a business.
- Franchise knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office).
Desirable:
- Previously worked in health & social care but not essential.
