Job Title: Despatch Team Member

At Allied Bakeries, we're committed to delivering exceptional products to our customers. As a Despatch Team Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a professional, safe, and efficient service to ensure correct receipt, handling, and distribution of daily sales orders.
  • Work a rotating shift pattern of 2 weeks Dayshift & 2 weeks Nightshift, across a 7-day working week.
  • Collaborate with the Despatch Front Line Manager to achieve performance targets and drive personal development.
  • Contribute to site standards and internal/external audits, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a good level of Health and Safety awareness.
  • Numerical, reading, and information recording skills.
  • Experience of using IT systems.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
