**Overview of role**:
**Location: Belfast**

**Hourly Rate: £12.76 (42 hours per week)**

As a team member in a pool role, you will be working between our production, hygiene and despatch teams. This position will be include working both day and night shifts on a rotational shift pattern.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Safety First approach at all times. Being proactive with hazard reporting working within our teams to target Zero Harm.
- Employing all necessary controls in accordance with site food safety, Health & Safety and environmental management systems and procedures.
- Demonstrate a flexible approach when moving between various departments as and when required. Be open minded and willing to learn and develop new skills.
- To contribute as part of a team in assisting to meet the departments key performance indicators and to act outside of the daily schedule and focus on areas for improvement.
- Actively contribute to site standards and respective internal and external audits. Ensure a clean as you go approach at all times.
- Good interpersonal skills and a real team player.
- A strong quality focus.

**The Right Person**:

- To have previous experience in a manufacturing role
- An ability to achieve Basic Food Hygiene, pest awareness and HACCP qualifications
- A team player
- Be flexible and co-operative to assist in meeting business needs.
