Harnham collaborates with a prominent FMCG organization that oversees a diverse portfolio of over 15 international brands spanning dairy, plant-based products, beverages, early life nutrition, and medical nutrition. They are in search of a Revenue Growth Manager to provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations regarding promotional investments and pricing strategies.
ROLE OVERVIEW
In this position, you will:
- Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for promotional initiatives within the category.
- Contribute to the development of the promotional calendar.
- Assist in executing pricing strategies for the category.
- Identify and implement opportunities for trade optimization.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to assess portfolio performance.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- The ideal candidate will possess:
- A background in the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with IRI data.
- Expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to effectively convey insights through data storytelling.
