About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced After Sales Service Manager to join our team at ACS Performance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical support staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 10 technical support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing effectively and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Analyze customer support requirements and recommend changes or upgrades as necessary to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Process Improvement: Review and improve existing department processes to enhance customer response and servicing, including warranty and repairs processes, call out, installation, and servicing practices and charges.
  • Training and Development: Ensure all technical support staff receive adequate training to perform their daily tasks and oversee the recruitment of new technical support staff members.
  • Customer Communication: Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in managing a team of people in a dynamic customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Excellent technical knowledge, educated to degree level or equivalent in electronics, mechanical, or related discipline, with high-level familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-disciplined, good planning and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a team player with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
