Position: Quality Engineer

About the Role:

As a Quality Engineer in our PPR division, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our products and services consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. This role is ideal for self-driven professionals with a strong background in quality assurance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Plans aligned with internal, customer, and international standards.
  • Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to establish inspection and testing requirements for various processes.
  • Review and validate vendor certifications to ensure adherence to ITPs.
  • Assist in the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) processes, facilitating root cause analysis and implementing effective preventative measures.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to foster a culture of Safety, Quality, and Environmental Protection within the organization.
  • Engage with suppliers through our development program to drive improvements and minimize non-conformances.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality or related fields.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Quality processes, procedures, and Engineering Standards, ideally including API 610.
  • Proven experience in developing and coordinating ITPs and Quality Plans.
  • Familiarity with rotating equipment is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • A systematic and organized approach to tasks.
  • Solid understanding of root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Why, 8D).
