Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Recruit Engineering. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Quality Inspection Department: Supervise and manage the Quality Inspection department to ensure that all shop floor activities are supported with appropriate training and resources.
  2. Investigate Non-Conformance Reports: Investigate and address Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Manage Concession and Deviation Requests: Handle concession and deviation requests from customers and suppliers.
  4. Resolve Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Coordinate with QA Department: Coordinate with the QA department on documentation issues and ensure that all quality-related documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  6. Schedule Customer Witness Inspections: Schedule and oversee customer witness inspections to ensure that all quality standards are met.
  7. Communicate with Customers and Suppliers: Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to ensure that all quality-related issues are addressed.
  8. Conduct Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure that all quality standards are met and that all processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  9. Develop Operational Procedures: Develop and update operational procedures to ensure that all quality standards are met.
  10. Train Inspectors and Apprentices: Train inspectors and apprentices on quality-related procedures and protocols.
  11. Review CAD Drawings: Review CAD drawings and new designs to ensure that all quality standards are met.
  12. Maintain Calibration System: Maintain the calibration system to ensure that all measuring instruments are accurate and reliable.
  13. Undertake Additional Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as required to ensure that all quality standards are met.

Knowledge & Experience:

Essential:
