Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to identify and swiftly resolve any quality issues.
- Handle Customer Complaints with professionalism, ensuring complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis to drive continuous improvement and prevent future issues.
- Prepare and author First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, ensuring the highest standards of precision and compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Quality Control Processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain meticulous records of quality investigations and corrective actions.
- Contribute to the company's longstanding reputation for excellence by upholding and advancing quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality engineering, particularly in managing NCRs, customer complaints, and root cause analysis.
- A proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
- Competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per year.
- Stable and consistent shifts from 7:30am to 4:00pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
