Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

With business booming and exciting growth on the horizon, this is the perfect time to step into a pivotal role as a Quality Assurance Engineer in their facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to identify and swiftly resolve any quality issues.
  • Handle Customer Complaints with professionalism, ensuring complete resolution and satisfaction.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis to drive continuous improvement and prevent future issues.
  • Prepare and author First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, ensuring the highest standards of precision and compliance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Quality Control Processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain meticulous records of quality investigations and corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the company's longstanding reputation for excellence by upholding and advancing quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality engineering, particularly in managing NCRs, customer complaints, and root cause analysis.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per year.
  • Stable and consistent shifts from 7:30am to 4:00pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
