Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling our products and services, ensuring that customers are aware of the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the sales team.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, ensuring that you are equipped to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile technology and industry trends, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
