Senior Business Analyst - HR

Join Nomad Foods Inc in an exciting time of growth and transformation. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead our HR Business Analysis team and drive business change initiatives.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that will require you to work closely with our HR and IT teams to deliver business requirements and drive process improvements. You will be responsible for managing HR and system-related application initiatives in our Back Office function, with a focus on SAP Success Factors and other market-leading HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the collection, understanding, documentation, and translation of business requirements for changes and complex projects into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
  • Develop and implement business cases covering the development and implementation of business changes as necessary.
  • Provide business process design and documentation expertise, recommending business process and/or system improvements using formal and informal techniques.
  • Test, implement, and train in systems and facilitate system and user acceptance testing.
  • Lead continuous improvement and capability build for the Business Analyst community, collaborating with other Senior Business Analysts.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with knowledge of how IT applications can maximize business advantage.
  • Knowledge of market-leading HR, Payroll, and T&A systems and related process implementations.
  • Experience of working with and rolling out SAP Success Factors, Kronos Work Force Dimensions, and Payroll system integration.
  • Experience of IT Service Delivery and Application support.
  • 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience, covering both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
