Senior Business Analyst - HR

At Nomad Foods, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst - HR to lead our HR Business Analysis team. As a key member of our Technology Function, you will be responsible for driving business change and delivering strategic initiatives that support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Design and implement business processes and systems to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior Business Analysts and contribute to the development of the HR Business Analysis team.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on HR-related projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with HR systems and processes, including payroll, time and attendance, and recruitment.
  • Knowledge of SAP Success Factors and other HR-related software.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
