About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Host to join our team at Grosvenor Casino Blackpool.

As a Food and Beverage Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve guests with a smile, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Mix and serve delicious drinks, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained at all times.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, hourly pay, and tips with an OTE of 25,500. You will also enjoy a full-time contract, all-year-round, with stable rotas three weeks in advance. Plus, you'll receive paid breaks, holidays, pension, and overtime.
