We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at The Imperial Hotel Blackpool. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests in our Palm Court Restaurant, No.10 Bar, and Derby Lounge.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including taking orders, serving drinks, and clearing tables.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality environment is desirable, but not essential.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- A competitive hourly rate of up to £11.44.
