About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Host to join our team at Grosvenor Casino Blackpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.



Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and serving guests with a smile, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Mixing, pouring, and serving delicious drinks and food to our guests.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, adhering to our company's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
