Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food and Beverage Service Assistant to join our team at the Holiday Inn Blackpool. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of Food and Beverage operations, including food preparation, service, and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Operations Manager to deliver exceptional service and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Marco Pierre White team to deliver restaurant brand and service standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Organizational skills with the ability to work to and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for training and development.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Food and Beverage experience.
