As a member of the Service Management team at BJSS, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to over 2500 staff members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and deploy desktop computers and Apple Macs
  • Maintain internal IT systems, including tracking helpdesk requests and updating technical documentation
  • Address and resolve first-line IT support inquiries
  • Acquire new hardware and software as necessary
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and coordinate equipment delivery
  • Oversee IT operational tasks and monitor internal systems

To qualify for the role of 1st Line IT Support Technician at BJSS, candidates should have completed a Level 3 IT apprenticeship or possess equivalent experience.
