The Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, focusing on aftersales administration and customer service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Support the sales team in ensuring accounts are running smoothly and customer needs are met.
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Adhere to all relevant legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
