Senior Internal Communications Director

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to play a key role in shaping and developing our strategic communications narrative, aligned with business objectives and strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communications plans that engage and inspire our colleagues, driving business outcomes and supporting our company's vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing communications plans that align with business objectives and strategy.
- Leading change communications programmes, including high-profile and strategically important campaigns, leveraging multiple channels and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborating with senior leaders and the Internal Communications team to ensure seamless execution and effective communication of business objectives.
- Developing the skills and knowledge of team members, leading by example and role modeling our behaviours.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Internal Communications Manager who possesses:
- Demonstrable experience in devising and executing impactful colleague communications and engagement programmes.
- Creative flair, ability to think big, and a willingness to try out new ideas to bring the best communications experience to our colleagues.
- Proven track record of achieving success in change and transformation environments.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a clear and articulate standard of written and verbal communication in a complex environment.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with experience of engaging with senior management to drive desired outcomes.
