We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Farncombe Estate. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in our 2 AA Rosette kitchen
- Work collaboratively with our experienced chefs to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes
- Participate in kitchen events, working lunches, and small plates menu for our bar and room service
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- A competitive salary of £30,950 per year, plus service charge (around £3,000-£3,500 per year)
- Meals on duty and uniform
- Live-in accommodation available for this role, at an extra cost (£256pm including bills)
