We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at the luxury Dormy House Hotel in the Cotswolds. As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to work in two award-winning restaurants, The Back Garden and MO, and contribute to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and serving high-quality dishes in both restaurants
  • Work closely with the culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Develop your skills and knowledge in food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Contribute to the success of our hotel's culinary operations

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of just under £36,000 per year, including a service charge
