About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at the luxury Dormy House Hotel in the Cotswolds. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will have the opportunity to work in a stunning hotel and a highly awarded kitchen, developing your skills and career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of dishes in both The Back Garden and MO restaurants
  • Work with fresh and seasonal ingredients to create exceptional culinary experiences for our guests
  • Develop and maintain a high level of culinary knowledge and skills, with a focus on locally sourced and Estate grown ingredients
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high standards of quality
  • Participate in menu planning and development, with a focus on innovative and creative dishes
