We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at Dovetail & Slate. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Helpdesk Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for helpdesk inquiries, providing timely and effective support to clients and internal staff.
- Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy filing systems for helpdesk tickets and contracts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Work Order Coordination: Coordinate with engineers to dispatch work orders and track their completion, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including compiling and maintaining Operations and Maintenance (O&M) files, building and updating asset lists, and registering new plant equipment with relevant governing bodies.
- Communication and Reporting: Communicate vital information to Engineers and clients as directed, and prepare, modify, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence related to helpdesk operations.
- Full UK Driver's License
- Full Right to Work in the UK
- Willingness to Work in the Office
- Relevant Administrative Experience, preferably in a helpdesk or customer support role
