Position Overview:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing administrative functions within the branch that enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations:
    Manage the accounts receivable process and maintain local collection contacts to support centralized operations. Monitor lease agreements, contract maintenance, and special billing, proactively addressing any issues that arise to ensure customer satisfaction and branch profitability.
  • Fleet Operations:
    Oversee Fleet Service activities, including vehicle licensing, permitting, and managing in/out service vehicles. Coordinate asset services such as unit jacket files, wash sheets, and fueling, ensuring collaboration with Fleet Services for efficient operations.
  • Process Analytics:
    Conduct analyses and reviews of processes related to billing, credit memos, accounts receivable, and licensing. Investigate issues impacting profitability and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Administrative Support:
    Maintain personnel files, manage weekly payroll, and process documentation for new hires. Undertake projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or financial administration.
  • Adept at learning quickly and engaging in collaborative projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this role.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary and comply with all application requirements.
