Job Purpose:- To manage the end-to-end payroll process for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- To review payroll data, including manual checks, NMW compliance, and prepare sign-off reports.
- To prepare and upload third-party reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- To complete annual payroll tasks, including year-end processing, P11D submissions, and PSA reporting.
- To generate reports as required and provide support to team members where needed.
- Manage payroll inbox and respond to queries from HR, Managers, Employees, and Third-Party Suppliers.
- Prepare payroll imports and changes on time and upload them to the payroll system.
- Review payroll data, including manual checks, NMW compliance, and prepare sign-off reports.
- Prepare and upload third-party reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Complete annual payroll tasks, including year-end processing, P11D submissions, and PSA reporting.
- Generate reports as required and provide support to team members where needed.
- Strong mathematics skills and the ability to carry out manual payroll calculations.
- Ability to run manual payroll calculations to include tax, NIC, student loans, and pension deductions.
- Ability to process payroll from end to end, including year-end procedures.
- Ability to use Excel, including use of formulas, v look-ups, and pivot tables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideal candidate will hold a relevant payroll qualification.
- Experience of IRIS Payroll Professional is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
