Talent Experience Business Partner

We are seeking a driven and inspiring relationship builder to join our team as a Talent Experience Business Partner. This is a 14-15 month FTC opportunity to cover maternity leave, starting in Q4.

As a key member of our People team, you will work closely with the Head of People to deliver strategic and operational support to our London office. Your focus will be on talent experience, working with a team of 3 to support commercially astute employees and deliver initiatives around talent experience.

The areas of focus for this role include:

  • Driving and improving employee experience processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations.
  • Leading cultural initiatives to educate managers on business values and improve 360 feedback approaches.

You will have strong commercial acumen and thrive in an environment of intelligent, entrepreneurial employees. Previous experience working at a senior level is essential, with demonstrable experience of working in a 360 feedback model. Data-driven decision making is key to this role, with a focus on analytics and results.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days onsite and the remainder of the week working remotely. You will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle and handling day-to-day HR tasks.
