About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our small team as a Part-Time Accounts and Administrator Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and accounting support to our Treasurer and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer client calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Reschedule appointments efficiently and professionally
  • Support the Treasurer with day-to-day accounting tasks
  • Manage financial data using Xero software
  • Assist with accounts payable and team collaboration for accurate financial reporting
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounts role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
