Lead Enterprise Architect/Manager

About the Role:

The Lead Enterprise Architect/Manager will play a key role in shaping the company's technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business systems strategies to contribute to the annual strategy and long-term vision.
  • Define and evolve the IT Roadmap to align with strategic business objectives.
  • Support the development and formulation of strategy and direct/orchestrate the delivery of business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships, providing consultative advice and direction.
  • Plan and manage the Application Portfolio.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop other architects.

Requirements:

To be considered, you will have demonstrable commercial experience as a Manager/Lead Principal Enterprise Architect working within complex enterprise-scale distributed environments.

Demonstrable experience in a role of similar responsibility and scale, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a solid technology background and full life cycle experience are essential.
