Enterprise Data Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Data Architect to join our client's team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the digital transformation team, you will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of data services, as well as developing innovative data solutions to meet the technical business needs and wider adoption of data analytics.

This is a hybrid role that offers a unique opportunity to work on a cloud data platform and contribute to the digital transformation of our client's organisation. You will work closely with the CTO and management teams to develop and deliver digital, data, and integration technologies strategies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent future thinking capability, be a thought leader in the field of cloud data platforms, and have good knowledge of data quality. They will also have extensive experience in applying architecture, enterprise roadmaps, analytics, cloud, IT strategies, innovation, SAFe, TOGAF, and data integration concepts and methodologies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Applying architectural principles to solutions and visualising data requirements to create high-level models
  • Experience of data analytics, data integration technologies, and data visualisation
  • Defining data modelling and governance capabilities through various tools and techniques
  • Proven track record of success in large-scale IT organisations and transformation projects
