Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Innovation Specialist to join our team at The Perfume Shop. As a key member of our Online Business team, you will play a crucial role in developing new digital initiatives to enhance the user experience of our website and app.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement UX strategies to improve the overall user experience of our digital platforms.
- Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to monitor the performance of new innovations and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular website and app audits to identify opportunities for enhancement and provide feedback to the team.
- Project manage the development of compelling customer content, working with internal stakeholders to take briefs and deliver high-quality results.
- Provide training and coaching to direct reports, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
