Position Overview

We welcome applications from Registered (Adult) Nurses, Newly Qualified (Adult) Nurses, and Student Nurses (Adult) who are set to qualify in the near future. We are committed to supporting you through this transition.

You will join a dedicated and innovative team within the City East Hub, working from a community health center.

In this role, you will have the independence to organize your own schedule and make clinical decisions that benefit your patients.

The position offers flexible working hours from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00, with various shift lengths available (6, 8, or 10 hours). We value work-life balance and are open to discussing individual working patterns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, symptom control, bowel and continence care, catheter management, and medication administration, including IVs.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Assisting patients in remaining at home and preventing hospital admissions.
  • Encouraging self-care and independence among patients.
