Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at TEEM Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-2 in our Baby Room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and develop
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high standards of childcare and education
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans and activities to meet the needs of children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless care and education
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive nursery culture

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a formal childcare setting
  • EYFS knowledge and experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with staff, children, and parents
  • Knowledge of OFSTED standards
  • A current enhanced DBS certificate
