Our client, a reputable nursery in Tandridge, is seeking Level 3 Nursery Practitioners who are enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.
Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Tandridge
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shifts Pattern: Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:30pm, 40 hours a week.

**About the Role**:
As a Nursery Practitioner Level 3, you'll be at the heart of children's growth and development. You'll inspire curiosity, encourage exploration, and provide a safe haven for learning. Your creativity will shine as you plan and lead activities that spark imagination and cognitive development. With your warm and caring demeanor, you'll build strong bonds with children and their families, fostering a sense of trust and partnership.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, activities, and play-based learning experiences that promote child development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community within the nursery.
- Observe and assess children's development, documenting their progress and providing feedback to parents and supervisors.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Passionate about creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for children.
