Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

TEEM Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team at their Nursery in Caterham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and a passion for working with children aged 0 – 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality childcare and education to children in the Baby Room
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs to promote children's learning and development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient nursery environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure a positive and supportive atmosphere
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of nursery policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role based in a formal childcare setting
  • EYFS knowledge and experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with staff, children, and parents
  • Knowledge of OFSTED standards
  • A current enhanced DBS certificate
