The Role

We're seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns that deliver strong ROI and drive ecommerce sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and consideration
  • Manage and optimize paid activity, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display
  • Work closely with local ecommerce teams to track sales performance and identify opportunities and risks
  • Lead and develop the CRM strategy for the cluster, partnering with the global CRM team to optimize segmentation, lifecycle programs, and reporting
  • Own the affiliate marketing program, driving qualitative traffic to websites and adapting to different market needs
  • Support e-tail teams in driving performance in online accounts, including Amazon and Shop Direct
  • Drive thorough test and learn initiatives to optimize campaign performance and ensure budget allocation and spending efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to further develop solutions for marketing channels, including improvements to current processes and ways of working

Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned performance marketing professional with 10+ years of experience in a broad digital role and at least 3 years at management level. You should have a proven track record of delivering results, an in-depth understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, affiliate marketing, and CRM. You will need a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
