About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Innovation Manager to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving brand and product innovation in a UK FMCG business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform innovation decisions.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving brand and product innovation in a UK FMCG business.
  • Exceptional creative and strategic thinking skills, with a passion for reinventing and reshaping entire food categories.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate the potential of new initiatives.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of food manufacturing is a distinct bonus.
