Key Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional consumer goods innovation and ideation experience in consumer goods or consultancy/agency, with a proven track record of creating winning ideas/concepts and strong growth platforms, inspired by insight, trend analysis, and brand equity.
- A blend of creative and strategic thinking skills, with the passion, imagination, and drive to reinvent/reshape an entire food category with incremental, margin-growing new brand experiences.
- A good grasp of commercial and financial details, able to evaluate the potential of new initiatives over the short and longer-term.
- A winning mindset fueled by curiosity, pace, and collaboration, working with category, brand, technical, finance, and manufacturing colleagues as well as external agencies and suppliers.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing would be a distinct bonus.
