Early-Stage Innovation Manager B Corp Certified FMCG Business Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Early-Stage Innovation Manager to join our client, a B Corp Certified FMCG business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving brand and product innovation, leveraging your expertise in creative and strategic thinking to develop winning ideas and concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative product and brand strategies to drive growth and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category, brand, technical, finance, and manufacturing, to bring new ideas to life
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Work with external agencies and suppliers to develop and implement new initiatives
  • Evaluate the commercial and financial potential of new ideas and concepts

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving innovation and growth in FMCG or consultancy/agency environments
  • Exceptional creative and strategic thinking skills, with a passion for storytelling and brand development
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate the potential of new initiatives
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of food manufacturing is a distinct advantage
