We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department at FallenAmbers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining physical and digital personnel records, updating internal databases, and creating guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employment contracts and PTO requests
- Update internal databases with new hire information and ensure data accuracy
- Develop and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents on company policies and procedures
- Collect and analyze payroll data, including bank accounts and working days
- Publish and remove job ads to attract top talent
- Coordinate job interviews and communicate with candidates as needed
- Prepare and present reports on HR-related metrics, such as total hires by department
- Design and deliver training and onboarding materials
- Provide support and guidance to employees on benefits and company policies
- Previous experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation and regulations
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and data analysis tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
