About This Role

The Store Manager is a key member of the Tapestry team, responsible for leading the store to achieve sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with the district manager and other store leaders to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury goods environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
