Heritage Centre Communications and Development Specialist

The London Borough of Newham is seeking a skilled Communications and Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Heritage Centre project, you will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships, marketing, and communications efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective marketing and communications strategies to promote the Heritage Centre and its initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including community groups, cultural institutions, and consultants.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Regeneration colleagues to achieve project goals.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, budgets, and reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work comfortably with diverse stakeholders and communities.
- Strong marketing and project development skills.
- Experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
