Financial Management Specialist

Location: East Kent
Salary Range: Circa £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate monthly financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Evaluate financial data and deliver insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Oversee budget performance and conduct variance assessments.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure precise financial reporting.
  • Assist in the formulation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Provide financial counsel and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified or Finalist (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
