  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Support residents with personal care, including bathing and dressing.
  • Assist residents with eating and drinking, promoting their nutritional needs.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, providing emotional support and reassurance.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Contribute to the development of our Care Team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
