We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to take on the role of Bar Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising our bar team to guarantee that outstanding customer service standards are upheld consistently.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will manage the daily operations of the bar, with an emphasis on enhancing beverage sales, overseeing staff duties, and setting a positive example for your colleagues.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in bar and cellar management, along with expertise in budget oversight and cost control. We seek someone who is innovative and proactive in promoting sales by staying informed about the latest trends in the beverage industry.
Availability to work both weekends and weekdays is essential for this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
