**About the Role**
ESP Utilities Group Ltd is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Leatherhead. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries
* Proactively contact vulnerable customers to support them in the event of power loss
* Liaise with sub-contractors and customers to arrange the delivery of sub-contracted works
* Coordinate compensation payments to customers who have experienced loss of power, in line with industry standards
* Take ownership of service-related issues and handle them in a confident and professional manner
* Ensure all customer interactions are in accordance with legislation, regulations, and customer care standards
