Job Summary:

Cathcart Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data to lead our data strategy and team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth.

About the Role:

We are a fast-growing SaaS company based in London, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making. Our team is passionate about using data to drive innovation and improve our products and services. As our Head of Data, you will be responsible for leading our data team and developing a data strategy that supports our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth
  • Lead our data team and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of our data strategy
  • Collaborate with our software architect to ensure that our data architecture aligns with our business goals and supports our growth plans
  • Design and oversee the implementation of scalable and efficient data architecture that enables effective data storage, processing, and retrieval across all platforms
  • Advocate for the use of advanced data techniques, such as machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics, to solve complex business problems and unlock new opportunities
  • Experience in an Agile software environment (ideally SaaS)

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced data professional who has a strong background in data architecture and strategy. You will have a proven track record of leading data teams and developing data strategies that drive business growth. You will also have experience working in an Agile software environment and be familiar with SaaS platforms.
