Job Overview

**Data Idols** is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their data function and drive strategic growth. As the **Director of Data**, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire data function, collaborating closely with the CEO and CTO, and developing a data strategy that aligns with the company's vision.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that drives business growth and informs decision-making.
  • Lead a high-performing data team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring data-driven insights inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in leading data teams and developing data strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives.
  • Passionate about data and its ability to drive business outcomes.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary range of £140,000 - £150,000.
