Job Summary:

Hunter Bond is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage their Managed Data Services space. As the Head of Data Operations, you will be responsible for building out their Data Operations solution from their London office, while managing their vendor in Europe and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structuring and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the vendor who provide data services.
  • Leading the Data Services practice in a growing forward-thinking business.
  • Developing and implementing data operations strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Managed Data Services.
  • Experience in setting up SLAs.
  • Financial Services background, ideally from a FinTech start-up or SME.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
