Job Title: Head of Paid Media and Digital Strategy

Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Head of Paid Media and Digital Strategy to lead our paid media department.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven professional to oversee all aspects of our paid media campaigns, including strategy development, execution, optimization, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various channels, including PPC, paid social, display, and programmatic.
  • Lead a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure campaign success and team development.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and allocation to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, conducting regular analysis and optimization to maximize ROI and achieve client goals.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients, leveraging data and industry expertise to drive informed decision-making.
  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, transparency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing paid media strategies that drive business results and exceed client expectations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team of paid media specialists.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data to optimize performance and drive ROI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic buying platforms.
  • Experience working with clients across various industries, with a focus on building strong, collaborative relationships.
