We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Paid Media to join our growing team at novi.digital. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing our paid media department, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies, and leading a team of specialists to achieve outstanding results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Comprehensive Paid Media Strategies: Across various channels, including PPC, paid social, display, and programmatic.
- Hands-On Account Management: Take an active role in managing key client accounts, providing hands-on support when needed, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals and client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid media specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audiences, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with paid media strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, forecasting, and allocation to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, conducting regular optimization to maximize ROI and achieve client goals.
- Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Through proactive communication, transparency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Experience: 5 - 7 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media, preferably within an agency environment.
- Leadership: Proven track record in leading and mentoring a team of paid media specialists.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive business results and exceed client expectations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data to optimize performance and drive ROI.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic buying platforms.
- Experience Working with Clients: Across various industries and building strong, collaborative relationships.
- Initiative: Proactively find answers and take responsibility for driving projects forward.
