Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager Windows & Doors

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, including fenestration contractors, main contractors, and developers.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers to ensure they receive the best solutions for their projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the fenestration industry, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the plastic building products industry and its trends.
